He is a Chartered Fellow Member of the Institute of Engineers of Sri Lanka who heads the organization as the Chairman and Chief Technical Manager. He is equipped with national and international recognized engineering related professional qualifications and memberships and also,a Government Approved Officer for Boiler, Gas, Pressure Vessels, and Air Receivers. Also, he is a Licensed Cargo Survey registered with National Chamber of Commerce. He counts over 22 years’ experience in the field of engineering in Sri Lanka and overseas.
He is also, recognized as an International Professional Engineer by Institute of Engineers, Sri Lanka. In addition to the responsibilities as a Chairman, Mr. Priyantha is the Chief Technical Manager overseeing technical certifications of the company.

He is a well-qualified Engineer with over eight (08) years’ experience in the industrial sector, responsible for planning and coordinating of the entire operations of the company. He is heading the Planning and coordinating division of the company and execute, monitor and evaluate the company’s operational plans with his team of expertise. He is also, responsible for business development and initiate negotiations with the local and international business partners and prospective investors and discuss his recommendations with other directors to arrive at most suitable business decisions. His responsibility includes coordinating and outsourcing expertise services from the consultants/experts whenever such services are required.

He is a professionally qualified and well experienced administrator is heading the Administration and Finance Departments of the company. He is a multi-skilled professional, specialized in Accounting, Human Resources Management, Operational Management, Business development and Marketing. In his professional carrier he has served over 35 years in public and private sector organizations, both in Sri Lanka and overseas and held the most Senior executive positions of Asst. General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Management
Consultant and Executive Director.
His responsibility is Corporate Planning, Finance and Administrative functions of the company to ensure that the company operates with best management practices to achieve the desired company objectives.
